Aosta, Italy, Sunday 29 May 2010.Performed by Aosta Symphony Orchestra,150 children from five regional schools, their teachers, narrator Alessandra Celessia and animator Matthew Robbins conducted by Brian Irvine.
The RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra and Wide Open Music perform Rain Falling Up at the Convention Centre, Dublin at 12pm and 5pm on 10 November 2012.
Described as “A Modern Orchestral, Choral and Visual Performance for Children”, the concert will feature actor Pauline McGlynn as narrator, with words by John McIlduff and animation by Matthew Robins.
1000 school children from Carlow, Meath, Offaly, Dublin, Westmeath and Wicklow will join the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra and conductor Fergus Sheil for the performance.
