Blending urban sports, choral singing, a specially formed young persons orchestra and the unique acoustic of skateparks, NO COMPLY is a performance project led by the cultural production company Dumbworld and T13 working in partnership with the University of Ulster. NO COMPLY will involve the creation of an ambitious contemporary urban “opera” born out of an artistic enquiry towards movement and sound.
